I was not going to compete anymore in Figure, until you inspired me, with your encouragement, it brought tears to my eyes, knowing that my biggest fan in Figure gave me words to continue to compete in Figure.

I too suffer from Anxiety and I find that working out with weights etc, a great feeling and I lose all of my cares. Not to mention that I feel better about myself. I suffer from depression and have put on about 30lbs due to this. What is the best way for me to tone and lose weight? I would be more interested in losing the inches first and toning next. Most important is that I want to be able to fit back into my old clothes. My excess weight depresses me even more. I am origionally from Port Perry also. Where do you work from? I am not really interested in getting the type of muscle that you have. Mind you your legs would be great, other than that I just want to be toned and not considered muscular although I do tend to gain muscle fast. Also is there ANY way to get rid of Cellulite? Even as a dancer and dancing or teaching 5 days a week and very thin, I still had this problem. Of couse as I have gained weight it has become worse. Looking for the fastest way to fit back into my clothes, then tone later or together if possible.

Port Perry!!?? Wow, I didn't know there was someone else so into fitness in this little town. Very cool. Hi Nina, I spent 5 months in Port last year (trained at All-Fit) and am moving back there in a few weeks time.
